January 2026 The most important words you will ever say
We talk a lot. Over the course of a lifetime, we utter millions of words, so out of all those, how could we possibly designate a four-word sentence as the most important words we'll ever say?
It's what that sentence does to us and for us. This exasperating single life tests our faith as Christians—and if you're not a Christian, it tests your assumption that existence has any meaning at all. January's feature article will, I hope, help you rethink your priorities going into this new year. As our world becomes more chaotic, these four words provide an anchor that stabilizes our lives. Spoken flippantly, these words are just more babble, but when you say them from deep in your heart, they become a beacon that lights up your future. That's how pivotal they are. Curious? Learn the most important words you'll ever say.
Brand newWhen you've heard the same tune all life long,It's hard to start singing a brand new song. The words seem strange, the melody odd. Turn away from the guilt, forget all the shame, The Lord is doing a whole new thing. It's a fresh beginning, a spotless start. Wake up this morning to a healing that's true, ~ Jack Zavada, inspiration-for-singles.com, 2026 ~ How you see Jesus matters!
When it comes to Jesus of Nazareth, we singles have only two choices. We can accept him as Lord and Savior, or we can reject him.
Countless millions choose not to decide at all. They think, "Well…maybe there's something to this, but he would definitely limit what I want to do in my life. I'll deal with it later." Sadly, later may be too late. As I write this, 40 young people were killed in a tragic nightclub fire in Switzerland. What had they done with Jesus? Traffic accidents. Mass shootings. Aneurisms. Natural disasters. Death can come swiftly and unexpectedly. How do you see Jesus? Learn what this decision means.
What will you get this new year?
Here's an old saying that applies to the coming year:
"If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got." If you've always ignored this book in the past, your life won't change in the areas it covers:

But the real question is, are you sick enough of the same-old to actually order Hope for Hurting Singles.? Help is here, at $10.99 for the paperback and only $3.99 for the Kindle version. What will you get in 2026?January QOTM: Puritan truthJanuary's Quote of the Month comes from Thomas Watson, an English Puritan preacher and author:~ Thomas Watson (1620 - 1686) ~ Sometimes life can make you feel like a hamster on a wheel, running as fast as you can but not getting anywhere. Fulfillment in the workplace is a rare thing, and piling up more and more stuff is equally as stupefying. But God. Now there is a pursuit worth giving your life for. The great paradox is that the more wholeheartedly you seek him, the fre'er you become. The nonsense of this world sloughs off you like dry, worthless husks. For the first time you understand what really matters. If you love God, please, please enjoy him too. Delight in his care for you. Appreciate his holiness. Laugh out loud with joy that he calls you by your name and looks forward to when you're together, face- to-face. This is the truth. Jesus said, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you fr/ee.” Practical tips to motivate you
Do you suppose Satan invented the question, "What's the use?"
It sure sounds like some of his work, an enthusiasm-killing whine that does to a good day what a needle does to a balloon. And yet, all of us Christian singles have voiced it on occasion. There's a lot of stuff going on today that can make it tempting to stay in a rut, but that's not what Jesus wants his followers to do. He wants us to spread the Word and set a good example. There are people to be helped. We can be His hands and feet. So don't let 2026 be more of the same. Read these tips on getting motivated then jump in and get going!
How to find deep, comforting peace in 2026
If you wouldn't put a cup of poison into your body every day, why do you put it into your mind?
We need to start seeing bickering social media and trigger-filled news and commentary for what they are: poison. No wonder we're all so anxious and afraid! You can count on this: People who produce messages that get you shook up have an agenda, and it's not in your best interest. They're manipulating you for their own reasons It's time for a change in 2026 if you want to have peace of mind. Follow this simple logic: If it's true that our thoughts affect our emotions, we need to quit focusing on things that make us agitated and start focusing on things that give us peace. Where should our focus be? On the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. Jesus is 100 percent trustworthy. And, he wants you to have peace. He can make it flow into your life. Here are some ideas to help you make this important change in 2026:
Reading the Bible every day can bring peace too. Here are some verses to look up:
